NASA’s Next Giant Leap

The article discusses the recent discovery of a new species of octopus in the Pacific Ocean.

Researchers have named it "Pescapaglia marisrubri" after its unique characteristics and habitat.

This octopus has distinctive features, including a reddish-brown color with dark spots and a bulbous head.

It was found at a depth of around 2,300 feet near a hydrothermal vent, where it likely thrives on the food sources available in the area.

Scientists are excited about this discovery as it adds to the diversity of marine life in the deep sea and highlights the importance of further exploration and conservation efforts in these regions.
