About My Practice. After spending my first 24 years practicing internal medicine as part of a large medical group practice seeing about 20 patients a day, I chose to evolve my medical practice to a concierge medicine model. By limiting the total number of patients in my practice, I am able to spend significantly more quality time with each patient collaborating on a comprehensive treatment plan personally tailored for each patient’s healthcare needs, preventative care, and wellness. Having more time to spend with each patient enables me to practice medicine in the manner I have always wanted and in a manner that each patient deserves.
