Community Health and Wellness began 10 years ago out of a one bedroom apartment, and it has grown to be a thriving Healthcare Company that provides specialized services to individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Community Health and Wellness provides private programming--therapies and classes as well as services to clients on three state Medicaid waiver programs:Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver,Home and Community Services (HCS) Waiver, and Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Waiver. Our therapy services include:Recreation Therapy,Music Therapy,Aquatic Therapy,Art Therapy,Massage Therapy, and Behavior Support Services. We provide inclusion and educational programs, classes, and camps.
