My name is Wendi Myrick and I am a massage therapist based out of Round Rock, Texas. I specialize in several modalities of massage therapy including Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. However, my main passion is a newer Thai-Style, Mat-Based Pain Management. Together we will create a customized session for your specific needs and goals. I am passionate about providing my clients with a caring, safe, professional experience.

"At Transform with Lucinda, I am passionate about helping you release stubborn tension and feel incredible again! With 14 years experience in massage and personal training we will unravel the pain together. Serving Round Rock and nearby areas with convenient in-studio and mobile massage options.

We are a massage therapy studio focused on deep tissue and medical massage to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support long-term health. With more than a decade of experience, our approach is guided by Taiji and Daoist philosophy, blending hands-on therapy with movement practice for lasting results. Each massage is tailored to restore balance and help your body heal, while Taiji classes build strength, reduce stress, and promote resilience. At Naga Wellness, ancient wisdom and modern care come together to support your vitality, wellness, and longevity.

Stop living in pain. At Moench Method Bodywork, our business has been built upon the premise that there are entirely too many people in constant, chronic pain - and that that is not acceptable. We specialize, above all, in relief for both your mind and body. Our team works largely with professional, collegiate, middle, and high school athletes since so many young players deal with constant stress and injury. However, each of our specially trained massage therapists treats all manner of clients to help them manage the effects of carpal tunnel syndrome, tinnitus, migraine/cluster headaches, back and neck pain, knee and hip pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, tennis elbow, scoliosis, & aches of any and every kind. Call us today!

I primarily uses Myofascial Release to reduce soft tissue restrictions and scar tissue. I look for the problem vs just treating the symptoms, then I give a home program to help you maintain the progress made in session. Became a Massage Therapist in 2000 and was a PT Assistant for 8 years before that.

The Elements Way™ is our difference. At Elements Massage Round Rock, we only do massage. It's therapeutic, handcrafted, and personalized. Our expert certified therapists are focused on delivering a massage that is responsive to the individual needs of our clients- simply, it is a better massage.
