About
We're a small, local yoga studio that focuses on helping people with all kinds of bodies get out of pain. We serve students of all ages. Studio founder Zelinda has taught yoga since 2008. She completed over 1000 hours of yoga therapist training in India and teaches in a traditional style focused on keeping the body strong and comfortable, and the mind calm and focused. We offer classes morning and evening, 7 days per week, in person and online. Attend unlimited classes with our 30 Days for $30 New Student Special. Try different classes and teachers to find your best fit. We're proud to be Round Rock's oldest yoga studio!
